CrewHub: Mobile staffing and logistics for event production teams
CrewHub by FULLCYCLE is a mobile workforce management and staffing platform for event operations, built to centralize crew coordination and replace fragmented communications. It handles freelancer onboarding, shift application and assignment workflows, and real-time attendance tracking to keep production rosters accurate during live events. The app also offers centralized document management, operational reporting, and automated shift notifications to help production managers and freelance technicians maintain schedule clarity.
What is CrewHub used for?
CrewHub is a purpose-built staffing platform focused on the entertainment and event production sector, not general HR. Its design combines administrative onboarding with field operations in a single mobile environment, giving production managers a central place to control freelance profiles, shift assignments, and event rosters. This industry-specific focus positions the app where temporary, high-turnover crew cycles are the norm and role-based qualification matters.
How does CrewHub handle scheduling and on-site operations?
The app moves scheduling through defined workflows: freelancers apply for shifts, managers assign roles, and on-site status updates close the loop. It includes digital check-ins and attendance tracking so managers can monitor who is present at an event in real time. Automated notifications reduce the need for ad hoc messages by informing crew of assignment changes, while reporting elements give production leads visibility into staffing status during live operations.
What file and device compatibility supports team collaboration?
CrewHub centralizes event files in a document management area so teams share the same plans and instructions rather than scattering PDFs and spreadsheets across channels. The product is available on Android and compatible with iOS devices, which makes it a mobile-first tool for crews that work on-site. That placement helps keep plans current for technicians and stagehands who rely on phones and tablets during events.
Best for production teams prepared to standardize their staffing process
CrewHub is a focused option for event production professionals who need a single mobile platform to organise temporary crews and coordinate day-of-event logistics. Adoption asks teams to move away from multiple communication channels and adjust existing workflows, a trade-off that matters for groups that prefer ad hoc methods. For production managers ready to formalize staffing procedures, CrewHub delivers a coherent operational framework for live events.
